Welcome to Knox Online Services.

Some of our current online services are only available to registered customers (i.e. building related applications and certificates). You will also need to be registered to access new services we will be introducing shortly such as planning applications online.

Once your request for registration has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

Your request will be processed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm) and once we activate your account you will receive a second email. Please note you will not be able to log in and use online services until you receive this second email.

All registrations will be reviewed within 24 hours of being received.

If you have any questions please contact Customer Service on 9298 8000. Unfortunately we are not able to expedite registration requests and ask that you wait 24 hours before contacting Council to query the status of your request.
Council will only provide one registration per individual or company.

If the company details you provide are already connected to another user we will notify you that your registration cannot be completed. We recommend that companies create one generic user for use with Knox Online Services.
