Knox City Council is pleased to announce that a number of planning, building and engineering related applications are now available online. You can submit applications anytime at your convenience, attach relevant documentation and make payment with your credit card.

The following application types are now available online:

1. Planning Permit Applications (including Amendments, Extensions of Time, VicSmart Applications, Payment for SPEAR subdivisions and Pre-applications)
2. Building Applications (including Private Building Surveyor Notifications (Sections 30,73 and 80) and Report & Consents)

4. Building Search Certificates
5. Building and Planning File Search Requests
6. Stormwater Information
